Same Day Shipping if You Place Your Order By 2:30PM PST - (Some Restriction Apply)
Only Leggings sends out most orders (98%+) on the same day that your order is placed if it is placed by 2:30 pm PST. We are proud of our industry leading service level on ensuring your order gets out to you fast and accurately. Some restrictions do apply. These restrictions are as follows:
1. Large orders that require some additional processing time (1 day), however, even most large orders we are still able to get get them out on a same day basis.
2. Items that are out of stock. Only Leggings has product that comes in everyday so if an item is out of stock and we know that its is coming the next day, we will hold it for that time to complete your order. If not, we will send out your order and place the item(s) on back order and send it out to you when it arrives. NOTE, there are no extra shipping charges. We pay for the additional delivery.
3. USPS or UPS Errors. There are times where USPS and UPS make errors on their part. In these cases we cannot be responsible for delays caused by their circumstances. Often times this can be weather related or volume related but in most cases, you will have a tracking number from either delivery service so that you may track your order.
4. Techinical Errors or Address Errors: Only Leggings cannot perform same day shipping if there is a technical error in your order due to software or network issues or if an address has been entered incorrectly. In these cases Only Leggings will contact you to get the correct information and send out your order immediately.
5. On Sundays and Holidays, there is no shipping as USPS and UPS do not operate however, your order is still printed, filled and completed for the next business day's morning pickup by UPS and USPS.
6. The City you live in can affect shipping times. Major cities have the fastest delivery times and because we are in Los Angeles, major cities close to Los Angeles can have even faster delivery times (sometimes 1 Day). Smaller cities outside of major ones can take an 1 (one) extra day because USPS and UPS consider that to be an extra leg.
Shipping Days are Monday - Saturday(USPS). Sundays and Holidays are NOT Included When Calculating Expected Delivery.

When Does My Order Ship?
Only Leggings ships most orders within one business day of receipt of your order based on a 2:30 pm Pacific time cutoff. Some orders may also be processed same day. Products on Only Leggings are in stock in virtually all cases however, there are times where some inventory needs to be shipped in due to high volumes and fulfillment of your order may take an extra 2 - 3 days. Only Leggings Returns
Only Leggings offers a 14 day guarantee for all of your purchases. Your Only Leggings purchase can be return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To return or exchange your Only Leggings purchase, the garments MUST be unwashed and unworn, must have all original tags and be in the original new condition that the garment(s) were sent.
Only Leggings may and will refuse any return or exchange where there is obvious use, the garment has been worn or the garment is not in its original saleable condition.
