Only Leggings Online Purchase Terms and Conditions
This section sets forth the Terms and Conditions of sale for Only Leggings, ("Web Site"). We are a part of BRAVADA International Ltd. ("BRAVADA"). By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
Only Leggings carries hundreds of products that are displayed on our Web Site. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our Web Site may not be available and may occasionally be out of stock or may be discontinued without notice.
All prices and services featured on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars, are valid and effective throughout the globe as displayed on each respective product page and always denominated in United States Dollars in every case.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability and dimensions, however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors or information provided by the manufacturer that was in error. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions as they may appear.
Due to the nature of the internet and that all computer display screens may show a different hue of any particular color, products may vary in color and appearance. Only Leggings and BRAVADA ensure that each product is displayed as true to its color, appearance and texture as possible.
The total order amount, including tax and delivery charges will be charged to your credit card or gift card in full at the time the order is placed. You authorize BRAVADA, through its website Only Leggings, to charge the amount indicated for the products purchased along with any applicable taxes and shipping charges as is/are reflected at the time of purchase on Only Leggings.
At no time whatsoever will BRAVADA or any of its subsidiaries sell or reuse in any way, your private information in any form whatsoever. BRAVADA has a firm policy of never engaging in any conduct that compromises your information and only uses your information for completing the purchase of Only Leggings products and services or for "sales" and "specials" information from Only Leggings if you so chose to receive it.
For all items, we will accept a cancellation for full refund if the item has not shipped. If the item has been shipped, the return policy and procedures outlined below must be followed. To cancel an order placed on Only Leggings, please contact our Customer service at CustomerService@BravadaLtd.com or calling at 1-888-999-8820. If the item has not shipped, we will credit the full amount paid back to ONLY the original credit card or gift card.
At Only Leggings, quality is always our priority. If your Only Leggings product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Only Leggings will replace the product at no charge and with free standard shipping. In these cases, please contact Only Leggings customer service at CustomerService@BravadaLtd.com or calling at 1-888-999-8820.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges If:
- The item(s) have been worn
- The item(s) have been washed
- The item(s) have been altered
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item (Sale Items, Undergarments, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Pierced Jewelry, Shapewear, Butt Boosters / Shapers)
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your Only Leggings purchase. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.
In the case of returns, it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Only Leggings. In the case of domestic exchanges (USA), Only Leggings shall send your exchanged leggings back at no charge, one-time. Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Only Leggings will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 24 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item.
For International exchanges and returns (outside of the United States), Only Leggings does not provide shipping for exchanges. You are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
- Upon receiving your return, Only Leggings shall process your return within 48 hours after receiving your package
- Once your merchandise is inspected and approved, a refund will be applied back to your original card / form of payment within 3 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will not be issued for worn, washed, altered items or for items that are Final Sale.
- Only Leggings can process your refund to the original credit card used for purchase. If this is not possible due to a cancelled card, a check will be issued and mailed to your address provided.
- Only Leggings is not responsible for any delays resulting from your Bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies and procedures. Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.
- Store credit cannot be converted to a refund
- If your order is returned for a refund, the full cost of shipping your order shall be deducted from your refund if shipping costs exceeded shipping fees charged.
You Have 2 Options for Your Refund:
- Store Credit - Receive 110% of the value of merchandise returned as store credit. Example: If you return $60.00 of items, we will place $66.00 as store credit into your account (10% bonus cannot be applied for returning items purchased with store credit).
- Refund Back to Your Card - A refund applied back to original card used for purchase.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable
To Return Any Item(s), Proceed as Follows:
- Pack the unworn and unwashed items with Original Receipt - We cannot exchange or refund without the original receipt.
- Please write on the receipt which items you want exchanged. Please be thorough.

PLEASE NOTE: It may take your bank or credit card processor up to 10 business days to process your credit back to your card once we process your refund. We have no control over your bank's policies, procedures and processing time so please contact your financial institution as to their policies and status as to your refund once we process it.
When Does My Order Ship?
Only Leggings ships most orders within one business day of receipt of your order based on a 2:30 pm Pacific time. Some orders may also be processed same day. Products on Only Leggings are in stock in virtually all cases however, there are times where some inventory needs to be shipped in due to high volumes and fulfillment of your order may take an extra 2 - 3 days. In these cases, Only Leggings shall notify you as to the delay in shipping.
Billing Before Shipping
OnlyLeggings.com bills your card at the time your order is placed. This allows us to move swiftly to complete your order with all of the billing details completed. If there is a refund due to an out of stock item or cancellation, we shall process that refund within 3 business days.
Store Credit will be good for and stored in our system for one full calendar year from the date it was issued. After one year, all store credit expires and is no longer available for use.
How Does Our Refund and Exchange Process Work?
1. We process returns and exchanges on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
2. If your package is an exchange, we process your request and submit your exchange to our shipping and packing department so we can ship your exchanged merchandise back to you with 24 hours.
3. If your exchange request has now gone "Out of Stock", we shall contact you within 24 hours to see if you would like another item or would prefer a refund on your requested exchange items.
4. For returns, we process your approved refund on the spot when we complete the review your package. This is our commitment to you and would love to have you back anytime to try more of our amazing leg fashion!
