At OnlyLeggings, we believe the experience of receiving your order should feel just as good as wearing it. That means fast, reliable fulfillment — and free shipping, always.
FREE SHIPPING — ALWAYS
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum. No exceptions. Every order ships free within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
- Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Over 98% of orders placed before 2:00 PM PST ship the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day
- Weekend and holiday orders are picked, packed, and prepared for next business day morning pickup

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your selected shipping method and destination.
Please note: UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Saturdays. Only USPS delivers on Saturdays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.

Priority Mail delivery times depend on your location. Major cities typically receive 2-day delivery. Smaller cities or rural areas may take 3 days as carriers consider these an additional delivery leg. 1-Day Shipping is priced based on the weight of your package and calculated at checkout.

Sundays and public holidays are not included when calculating expected delivery dates.
DELIVERY TIMES BY LOCATION
Because we ship from Los Angeles, California, customers in major West Coast cities may receive orders in as little as 1–2 days. Customers in smaller cities or rural areas may experience 1 additional business day as carriers add an extra delivery leg for these locations.
PROCESSING EXCEPTIONS
While we fulfill the vast majority of orders same-day, the following may result in a brief processing delay:
Large orders requiring additional handling time — typically 1 extra business day, though most large orders still ship same-day.
Temporary out-of-stock items — if an item is expected to arrive the following day, we may briefly hold your order to complete it. If the item will take longer, we will ship available items immediately and send the remaining piece(s) separately at no additional shipping charge to you.
Carrier errors — USPS, UPS, and FedEx occasionally encounter delays due to weather, volume, or internal service issues. These circumstances are outside our control and we assume no liability for carrier-caused delays.
Address or technical errors — if there is an error in your shipping address or a technical issue with your order, we will contact you immediately to resolve it before dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship internationally to the following countries via UPS International:
Canada · Mexico · United Kingdom · Germany · Australia
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the UPS service you select. Available services may include UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Standard (for Canada and Mexico).
Customs, duties, and import taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and any other fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not collected by OnlyLeggings and are charged separately by the carrier or customs authority upon arrival. If you refuse to pay customs duties and your package is returned or abandoned, you will not be refunded for the order or original shipping cost.
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds — except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. Once your international order ships, risk of loss passes to you.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order through the Shop App.
Please allow 1–2 days after shipment for tracking to activate in the carrier's system. Your estimated delivery date remains valid regardless of when tracking updates first appear. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
OnlyLeggings is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We have no control over the service levels provided by these independent shipping companies. We pick, pack, and ship your order as quickly as possible — what happens after it leaves our facility is in the hands of the carrier.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for delays resulting from carrier errors, weather, acts of God, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or any other circumstances outside our control.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with your household, neighbors, or building manager — carriers sometimes leave packages in alternate locations.
- Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a trace or inquiry.
- If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us through our website chat or by email at Support@OnlyLeggings.com.
