RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At OnlyLeggings, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right — quickly and without hassle. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.


RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible domestic U.S. orders.

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered and in original, saleable condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging, neatly folded as received
  • Free of odors including cigarette smoke, perfume, and detergent
  • Free of pet hair or any other foreign deposits
  • Not marked as Final Sale

We take pride in how carefully we pack your order and ask that you return items with the same care. Returns that arrive poorly packed, wrinkled, or damaged from tape or staples may be subject to refusal.

All returns are inspected before a refund is approved. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.


HOW TO START A RETURN

    1. Go to our Returns Portal
    2. Click Start a Return
    3. Choose the appropriate return reason
    4. Submit your return request

    Once your return is approved, you will receive your return shipping label by email.

    If you purchased Checkout+, your return label will be provided for free.

    If you did not purchase Checkout+, you will be responsible for the cost of your return label.

    Once your return is approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions by email.


    RETURN FEES

    • No restocking fee on standard approved returns
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. OnlyLeggings does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that originally received free shipping, the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Refused or "Return to Sender" packages are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

    REFUND PROCESSING

    Once we receive your return, all items are inspected before a refund is issued. OnlyLeggings processes returns 3 times per week and issues approved refunds within 48 hours of approval.

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If your original card is no longer active, a check will be mailed to your address on file.

    OnlyLeggings is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or card processor after a refund has been issued. Please contact your financial institution directly for their processing timelines.


    ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

    • Items marked Final Sale
    • Undergarments and bodysuits
    • Swimwear
    • Shapewear
    • Pierced jewelry
    • Personal protective gear
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
    • Items without original tags
    • Items with odors, pet hair, or in unsaleable condition
    • All international orders (see International Orders section below)

    DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — ideally within 3 days of delivery.

    Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description when reaching out. For the fastest resolution, please contact us through our website chat.


    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — FINAL SALE

    All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for orders shipped outside the United States.

    This applies to all orders shipped to: Australia, Canada, Germany, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

    Customers are solely responsible for confirming that ordered products may be lawfully imported into their destination country, and for paying all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, and handling charges imposed by their country.

    If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to nonpayment of customs fees or an incorrect address, the order remains non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Once an international order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. The only exception is items that arrive damaged or defective — please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Even if no one is immediately available, please leave a message with your order number and a brief description of your issue — a member of our team will respond within 24 hours, often much sooner. Chat is the fastest and most effective way to get a resolution.
