We proudly offer free economy shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. For smaller orders, shipping ranges from $3.95 to $8.95, depending on weight and location.

Same-Day Shipping: Over 98% of orders placed by 2:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) ship out the same day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are prepped for next business day shipping.
Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your selected method.

⚠️ Note: We do not offer Saturday delivery via UPS or FedEx. Only USPS delivers on Saturdays.

⏱️ Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ship quickly, the following may delay your order:

Large or complex orders needing additional handling (1 extra business day).
Temporary out-of-stock items — we may ship in-stock items first and send the rest with free shipping.
Carrier delays (weather, volume, service error). These are outside our control, and we assume no liability for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay order dispatch. We will contact you to correct the issue before proceeding.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items.

Items Must Be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original packaging with tags attached
In new, resalable condition

Items NOT Eligible:

Final Sale items
Undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, pierced jewelry, shapewear
Personal protective gear (e.g., masks)
Items with odors (perfume, smoke, detergent), pet hair, or poor packaging
Items not returned in original condition

💳 Refunds

Processed within 48 hours after receiving your return
Issued back to your original payment method
If your card is no longer active, a check will be mailed
Shipping costs are non-refundable (including originally “free” shipping, which will be deducted if items are returned)

Refused or “Return to Sender” packages incur a 30% restocking fee
