We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered (based on USPS or UPS confirmation) to return or exchange your items. Packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

Items have been worn, washed, or altered

Items do not have original tags or original packaging

Items are covered in pet hair, heavily wrinkled, or smell of smoke, perfume, or detergent

Items are undergarments, bodysuits, pierced jewelry, shapewear, butt boosters/shapers, swimwear, or any oral filtration mask

Items marked as Final Sale

Items returned in unsellable condition
Important Notes

It is your responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us.

We will inspect and process your return within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

If the original payment method is no longer available, a check will be mailed to the billing address.

Store credit cannot be converted into a refund.

If you return part or all of your order, the original shipping cost (even if your order qualified for free shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

Refused or “Return to Sender” packages will incur a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
