OnlyLeggings.com processes your returns and exchanges right away and in the case of refunds, your refund is processed on the spot for all approved merchandise returns, its our commitment to ensure only the very best shopping experience.

How Does Our Refund and Exchange Process Work?

1.  We process returns and exchanges on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

2.  If your package is an exchange, we process your request and submit your exchange to our shipping and packing department so we can ship your exchanged merchandise back to you with 24 hours.  

3.  If your exchange request has now gone "Out of Stock", we shall contact you within 24 hours to see if you would like another item or would prefer a refund on your requested exchange items.

4.  For returns, we process your approved refund on the spot when we complete the review your package.  This is our commitment to you and would love to have you back anytime to try more of our amazing leg fashion!
