Duties and Taxes
All governments impose their own duties and taxes when merchandise enters the country. You are responsible for all duties and taxes and each can vary greatly depending on your country of residence. International shipping requires Only Leggings to label clearly on the International shipping label, the contents of the package and the dollar amount of the incoming goods.
In some cases, your country's Customs Department may stop your package to inspect it. Only Leggings has absolutely no control over foreign Customs. In this case, your package may be delayed by a few days.
NOTE: We have NO control over your countries Customs and Duties costs and procedures. You must contact your own government agency with regards to any of these applied costs.
Delivery Times
We ask all customers to expect shipping times of at least 2 - 3 weeks for International Orders. Delivery times vary greatly from country to country. Only Leggings ships from Los Angeles, California and most countries enjoy the easy flow of mail with the United Sates. Over 95% of Only Leggings orders ship the same day and you should expect anywhere from 2 - 3 weeks for shipping times. We have had packages shipped and delivered in as short as 1 week to destinations as far as Australia, however, it is best to expect this to not be the case for most orders.
Shipping Returns
For any returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to Only Leggings in Los Angeles. If you choose to return your items, please send your package back to:

Please ensure that you obtain a tracking number for any package you return to Only Leggings.
NOTE: A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all International returns - Original costs of shipping your order is also non refundable and will be deducted from your refund in addition to any restocking fees.
IN ALL CASES, "Return to Sender" costs shall also be deducted from your refund if your package is unclaimed or you choose not to accept your package.
