Only Leggings Exchange Policy 

NOTE: We No Longer Process Exchanges. If you would like another size or color, simply return you item and reorder the color and style you would like.  This streamlines the entire process and allows us to process all returns quickly and gives you your new sized leggings much faster.

We always encourage our customers to talk to us so if you have any questions, please contact Only Leggings Customer Service anytime at Support@OnlyLeggings.com. 

RETURNING YOUR ITEM - ENSURE THE FOLLOW:

At OnlyLeggings.com, we want you to love your new leggings purchase but we know that sometimes you need to return an item.

We Do Not Accept Returns If:

  • The item(s) have been worn
  • The Item(s) are not returned in original packaging 
  • The item(s) have been washed or altered
  • The Item(s) have cat or dog hair on them
  • The Item(s) smell like cigarettes, perfume or detergent 
  • The Item(s) are packed in a poor condition, are wrinkled or otherwise un-cared for
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition 

You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return your Only Leggings purchase. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. 

Only Leggings does not pay for return shipping.  It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Only Leggings. 

All Items Are Inspected Before Refunds are Approved

NOTE:  PACK YOUR RETURN NICELY AS YOU RECEIVED IT.  We spend a lot of time ensuring your items are packed and shipped in a nice way so PLEASE do the same.  Your refund may be rejected if it is:

  • Packed poorly - where items are not folded, wrinkled and/or damaged results from tape / staples
  • Not Packed in its original packaging
  • Smells of smoke, perfume or detergent
  • Has cat hair, dog hair or ANY OTHER unnatural deposits

ALL Items will be inspected first and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Once approved for refund, Only Leggings shall process your return on the original credit card used for purchase. OnlyLeggings.com is not responsible for any delays resulting from your Bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies or procedures.  Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.

Processing Refunds

Only Leggings shall process your return within 48 hours from receiving your package. We process returns 3 times per week and shall apply any refunds immediately upon approving your merchandise return.
